Our Story

Similarities and Differences

There is a forest of trees threading its way through our world. These are the Trees of 9 Branches.

Each tree is very similar. They all have the same 9 branches and all root themselves in sacred ground as they have done for millions upon millions of years.

Each tree is also incredibly unique. Their branches shoot and spread at different rates, their leaves flutter in a kaleidoscope of colors, and they are varying shapes and sizes.

Some spread out and take up space even touching other trees beside them. Some prefer the shaded corners beneath the shelter of the canopy. Some sections of this forest are bare, others are densely wooded.

10th Branch

Like aspen groves, The Trees of 9 Branches are connected by their roots so that the collective size of this forest encompasses the entire world. Information passes through at an incredible rate. When one tree calls out for rain, storm, or danger, the trees around it respond in kind.

Some of these trees are tricksters. Some are peacekeepers. Some are nurturers. Others still are leaders and adventurers preferring to take root in untrodden ground.

Some trees, these trees are not random, grow a 10th branch. The Trees of 10 Branches are sprinkled in and among the forests of 9. The trees of 9 branches and the trees of 10 branches look the same on the surface; however, the trees of 10 look very different underground. Under the surface, they are nourished by an ocean. An aquifer of deep wisdom which their wide taproot has accessed in its search for the source.

Foundational Wisdom

All trees of 9 are capable of this direct access because all trees are nourished by this ocean. However, by directly tapping into the source, the trees that do so gain a depth of nourishment that other trees may struggle to find.

The forest lives on in this way.

We are all the Trees of 9 Branches striving to survive on earth. The number 9 is the highest single-digit number. It represents a precipice, a transition between one stage of being and another.
